Real-Time Information

Real-time information is available for many trains, buses, trams, and for our bike rental system Frelo. This allows you to check if your journey is on time, if there is a bike available at the desired station, or to opt for an alternative route spontaneously. When using services from Freiburger Verkehrs AG, it indicates whether the vehicle offers barrier-free access.

Stop Information

Use GPS location to find stops and bike or car-sharing stations in your vicinity along with upcoming departures (including real-time information).

Interactive Map

Find positions of stops, parking lots, ticket outlets, mobility centers as well as car-sharing and Frelo stations with real-time availability information; walk navigation and display of route lines.

Pricing and Fare Information

For every connection within the RVF area, you receive comprehensive fare information from single tickets to annual passes.

Purchase / Booking

After registering on VAG OnlineShop, selected tickets can be purchased as a MobileTicket tailored to your desired connection. Renting and returning Frelo bikes is also possible; for this, a customer account with nextbike must be set up.

Traffic Notices

Traffic disruptions and schedule changes arranged by line with search and favorite functions. Traffic notices for favored lines are displayed in the app’s personal area.

Personalized Settings

Customizable settings such as walking speed and preferred modes of transport. The connection overview can be displayed as a list or graphic to provide tailored recommendations based on your needs.

Personal Area

This area allows you to save individual destinations as favorites for quick access to the next connection. Information is just one click away. Traffic notices for favored lines also appear in the "Personal Area".
